Featuring the exclusive chop and drop system. With a juice groove on the cutting surface to collect juices and direct their flow to the pig snout. The included stainless steel chef pan fits snuggly below the pig snout to collect the juices and/or cut product. Solid hardwood legs, drawers, and aprons. Both drawers have removable dividers which can double as an optional spice rack feature. Includes the trash ring and trash bag feature. This system is designed to replace the chef pan when it is desirable to dispose of waste directly into the trash bag. The trash ring is designed to accept either a common plastic grocery bag or various-size kitchen trash bags.
