That’s why a proper prep station inspired the creation of our company.

My wife and I launched Kitchen Island Company in 2015 after years of traveling and seeing how cooks everywhere — from seasoned chefs to passionate home cooks — share one common need: a space designed for creativity, functionality, and durability. Since then, we’ve grown into a trusted family-owned business dedicated to pairing timeless craftsmanship with outstanding customer service.

Based in New York City, we proudly ship worldwide through FedEx, UPS, and First Class Priority Mail. Each day, we work side by side with our customers to help them design kitchens that are not only beautiful but truly practical.
