The Cucina Elegante combines the warmth of solid maple with the sleek utility of stainless steel. Handcrafted in the USA, its 1.5″ thick edge-grain maple top is finished with semi-gloss Varnique — a protective coating that resists spills, stains, and household solvents while adding a sophisticated sheen. Beneath, two stainless steel food-service shelves provide ample open storage for cookware, serving dishes, or small appliances, making this cart both beautiful and functional.
Expands When You Need It
Choose between the compact CUCE30 or models with one or two drop leaves for extra workspace. Each 10″ leaf extends your prep surface in seconds, then folds neatly out of the way when not in use.
- CUCE30: No drop leaves (83 lbs)
- CUCE40: One 10″ drop leaf (91 lbs)
- CUCE50: Two 10″ drop leaves (100 lbs)
Stainless Details That Shine
Every Cucina Elegante comes with two open shelves of heavy-duty stainless steel. Depending on the model, you may also find a towel bar for easy access (CUCE30 & CUCE40). Enhance function with optional stainless dovetailed drawer fronts and galley rails that give your cart a chef-inspired finish.

Maintenance & Care
The Cucina Elegante’s Varnique top is a semi-gloss, protective finish designed to repel household solvents and moisture. It should not be used as a direct cutting surface, but will retain its beauty for years with proper care.
- Daily cleaning: Wipe with a damp cloth; mild soap if needed.
- Avoid abrasives: Never cut directly on Varnique surfaces.
Shipping & Lead Time
Each Cucina Elegante is made to order. Please allow Two Weeks for production and delivery.
- Ships UPS (small parcel): typically arrives in a single carton.
- Assembly required: Legs and shelves must be attached; drop leaves must be installed.
